As a European manufacturer based in Belgium, Citribel produces citric acid, citrates and mycelium-based ingredients through natural surface fermentation. Our process starts from sugar molasses, a co-product of sugar production, which is converted into citric acid during fermentation and further refined into high-purity ingredients.
